Customer satisfaction is very important to us at the LHA, with that in mind in the past few months we have been sending out customer surveys to current and ex-residents to get feedback on your stay with the LHA.
The surveys take two minutes and have a series of multi-choice questions to cover a broad spectrum of services within our sites. We regularly review the responses and tackle any issues that may arise. A prize draw is held after each completed survey and the winner receives a prize, for example an MP3 player or digital camera.
